Stuck at home with a sore neck.

I woke up yesterday with a sore neck. No big deal, I slept wrong, or so I think. It still freaking hurts, and I had no sleep last night as I was awoken with stabbing pains everytime I had to turn over, and felt like I had to turn over frequently becuase my neck would ache when left in one position for too long. Yeessshhh!!!!
